HOUSTON, TEXAS (July 31) – QCI Marine Offshore is proud to announce the hire of Kevin Smith as Director of Sales and Marketing. He joins the QCI Team with over 14 years of combined experience covering marine safety compliance, ship management, and maritime sales & marketing. He served for several years in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Marine Safety Officer where he performed marine investigations, vessel inspections, port operations, port security, cruise ship inspections. Prior to joining QCI, Kevin was a Sales Engineer for W&O Supply. Kevin graduated from the U. S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY in 1993 with training in both the Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation disciplines.
